It’s hard to believe it’s already time for Halloween… Where has this year gone? The weather has been AMAZING, and we are knee deep in doing fall and Christmas portraits. Last night was the fall festival, at FBC down here in Chipley, and we had an amazing time! Abigail was a ballerina, and OMG let me just say she is the cutest little ballerina I have EVER SEEN!!!! I do not know how I got so blessed to have such an amazing little girl, but I tell you she is my world, and I am so grateful for her… My dear friend Samantha, and her adorable little boys spent the day with us, Abigail and Cole (the oldest) keep telling me that they are boyfriend and girlfriend, and that when they are all grown up they are going to get married, and have a baby girl and name her Olivia.. lol

What a beautiful family! Yesterday I meet the Williamson family at their family farm, and got some country family portraits. What a beautiful property, the weather had us worried all night, 15 minutes before the session the sky was really dark with lighting to our north, but thankfully the clouds rolled away and gave us a little sunshine. Kerry’s family breads horses, and when I saw all the beautiful horses in the pasture I knew I wanted to go play with the horses. I totally expected them to just ignore us and graze in the pasture, but they were so curious they all came behind the family and wanted to be in the picture… lol we had to shoo them away… lol

It’s hard to believe my beautiful baby girl is almost 4 ½ years old! I truly do not know where the time has gone… I feel like the day I found out I was pregnant my life speed up, then the day my angel was born I’ve been afraid to blink because the time has just flown by. She is such an amazing little girl; she has the kindest heart, and sees the good in everyone. She is so innocent, full of joy, and has such a heart for God. I do not know what I ever did to deserve such a blessing, but this little girl is my world. She made me a mother; she tells me I am the coolest mommy, and the simple joy of just cuddling with her is what I life for. She makes me a better person, and I would do anything to make her happy. It’s no big secret my princess is a TOTAL stinker whenever I try to take her picture.. lol She will cover her face with her hands, and yell’s NO MOMMY NO PICTURES!!!! LMBO But last week we were outside playing with our dog Leana, and I just had to grab my camera. She was having so much fun she did not even care I was taking her picture.. lol

This is how I love my daughter the most, hair a mess, dirt all over her face, wearing a FL Keys t-shirt.. lol ahhh She is my world…

Last winter I had the pleasure 2nd shooting this amazing wedding with F Scott Kennedy Photography. The wedding was held at the family’s vacation property near Marianna Florida, and let me tell you it was GEORGIOUS!!! What an amazing bride & groom! The ceremony was simple and sweet with the forest as a beautiful backdrop, but the reception was one big party! The florist, and coordinator did an amazing job bringing this rustic elegant affair to life.. Everywhere you looked was another beautiful detail! To be honest it was SOOOO hard picking detail shots to post, because there was so many beautiful things.. lol

I have been dreading this day for a long time! today my baby girl started preschool… I cannot believe this time has come so fast! Where did my little chunky monkey go? Now she is this little lady, with a heart of gold… Abigail was sooo excited this morning! I made sure to hide my tears so she would not be scared, but she ran into preschool sat next to her friends, and was so ready for this new adventure! So today I am trying to be productive, but I am about to give up and just go take a nap… lol I have been looking threw old pictures and videos all morning, and I cannot believe how fast the last 4 1/2 years have flown by! I am so proud of my baby girl, she is one smart cookie, and she told me she was so excited to learn how to read so she could read me her bible stories.. lol ahhh God truly is amazing, and gave me the best blessing when He gave me her! She inspires me to be a better person, and pushes me to always do my best.. It is because of her that I have a much deeper knowledge of God’s love.. Because if I love Abigail this much, how much more does God love me… So today I am just grateful… grateful for all the blessings in my life… OK I better stop, I have GOT to stop crying!!!

This adorable little man came to see me last month for his one year old portraits. It was the first time I had a baby afraid of my camera, but I shot all of his session more than 10 feet away… lol if I got ANY closer
he would freak out!! Lol He made his mommy and I work hard for his smiles, but he is so darn cute!!!! Such a shy quiet little man… I love this age, when you can first really see the babies personally start to shine.. Some babies go wild and make me chase them around where others just chill and look at me like I’m crazy for making funny noises.. lol His daddy is a Hero stationed at Fort Rucker, so we meet up in Enterprise Alabama for his photo shoot. OMG it cracked me up how he destroyed his cake!! Did a TOTAL face plant!

Ok 2 blog posts in 1 day.. that has to be some kind of record for me.. lol See I told yall I would be better about updating my blog.. lol now to just find time to update my website.. lol I first meet Rayne & Scott at the bridal show in January, and I was so excited that I got to photograph their engagement portraits. They are getting married in 2 weeks, and they are so excited… When I first talked to Rayne about her engagement portraits, she challenged me to get creative and think out of the box.. she really wanted some steamy shots involving paint… when she first told me what she wanted I totally thought of the movie Ghost, where they were working on the clay wheel… so the idea was born and I set out to find the perfect location to get messy with paint. So we started at the botanical gardens for the more formal shots, then headed downtown to a favorite spot of mine, and had a blast!!! The weather kept us worried we were going to get rained out but Praise God the rain waited for us to end our session. We had so much fun we shot right up until dark, and as soon as the lighting started we started ruining.. lol remember I told u I do not do lighting.. lol They both work at the TV station here in Dothan AL, and it was so much fun to work with a creative couple who wanted to do something different, and didn’t mind getting dirty… It got a little steamy at the end of this session, but ill show u some of the more non steamy shots, and leave the rest up to Rayne to post on her facebook.. lol enjoy….

Man how time flies, my baby girl is now 4 years old (as of April 10^th… lol yes I am so behind on blogging…) Last month I had a wedding up in Birmingham AL and since it was mother’s day weekend I decided to bring my family along and make it a working vaca. We had a TOTAL blast!!! We went to the zoo, and then stopped by the amazing botanical gardens they have there, my princess was
pretty worn out from the day at the zoo, but she was a trouper, and let me get this shot.. lol Its hard to believe that in just 2 short months she will be starting pre-school. Where did my itty bitty baby go? It seems like just yesterday we were bring her home from the hospital, scared out of our minds being first time parents, and now we are about to send our princess off to VPK… We are so blessed to have her in our lives, she is such a sweet, and caring little girl with just a LITTLE bit of momma’s sassyness… (Ahem did I say just a little.. lol)

He has really grown in the last 3 months and it makes me sad to see him get so big… because the bigger my babies get that means my daughter is getting bigger…

(goodness i am such a sap.. lol)

What a handsome little man is is becoming… ladies lock up your daughters he is going to be a heart breaker!!!!

AHHH that last one just melts my heart!!!!

Baby Grayson is doing amazing!!! I am sure you all remember him from a few months back, and I wanted to thank everyone for all the prayers! I am happy to say his heart is doing great, and he is growing like a weed!!! He was such a sweet baby, and his big brother was such a trouper getting spit up on and still taking a picture.. lol
